Clayewater Homes will consider land opportunities at all stages of the planning process including land with outline or full planning permission, land allocated in local plans and strategic land requiring a longer term view.
Whether brownfield or greenfield we are interested. The ideal Clayewater scheme will deliver between 20 and 80 new homes but we will look outside of this range and are happy to assist landowners with the planning process through Clayewater Land and Planning.
