These 9 three-bedroom homes and 12 x 1 and 2 bed apartments were delivered by Clayewater Homes for Bromford Housing Association in 2019, the scheme was original 100% open market. Partnering with Bromford enabled the development to be 100% affordable rent and being let through Bristol Council’s Homes Choice Scheme.

These 14 three-bedroom homes, delivered by Clayewater Homes for Curo Places, was originally a conversion of a Public House providing 6 units and 7 new builds with two affordable houses under the S106 agreement.
Clayewater Homes revised the scheme under a new planning application to demolish the Public House and provide 14 new builds and making them all affordable houses they are now being let through Bristol City Council’s Home Choice scheme on secure Affordable Rent tenancies below the Local Housing Allowance rate.
