At Clayewater Homes we continually review our supply chain on a range of criteria. This ensures we track Key Performance Indicators that are curcial for us to be able to deliver a high quality end product to our Housing partners.  
 
Regular reviews allow us to pre-empt issues in the supply chain particularly with the current global climate. We always engage in two way communication with our suppliers to strengthen our working relationships and aim to identify areas of continual improvement . 
 
We are keen to engage with our suppliers in innovation in the industry, we strive for sustainable solutions that can allow us to continually deliver high quality products for our clients and their tenants.

Current Developments  

HATCHMOOR, TORRINGTON - 58 NEW HOUSES 

Development of 58 new houses with all associated infrastructure. This scheme is to be delivered as a mix of social rent and shared ownership properties for Aster Housing Group. 

THE HARBOUR CENTRE, AVONMOUTH - 8 NEW HOUSES AND 18 FLATS 

Redevelopment of site to provide 28 units, comprising of 8No 3 bed houses, 6No 1-bed apartments, 12No 2-bed apartments and associated infrastructure. This is a scheme to be delivered as 100% social rented properties for Livewest Housing Association. 

SOUNDWELL ROAD, BRISTOL - 11 NEW HOUSES & 9 FLATS 

Demolition of car sales building and erection of 20 dwellings with associated landscaping and parking. 9 Flats 11 Houses mixture of Shared Ownership and Rented units for Curo Housing Association.

SCHOOL LANE, TORRINGTON, DEVON - 22 NEW BUILD HOUSES 

 
This development in the heart of Torrington, Devon, comprised of 22 new build homes for the Open Market.  

WEST WICK, WESTON-SUPER-MARE - 17 NEW BUILD HOUSES 

 
This development was over two parcels of land in total 17 houses. This development was originally planned for 100% open market. Now working with a Registered Social Provider, the whole scheme has a tenure mix of Social Rent, Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership. 
 

VICTORIA AVENUE, BRISTOL - 10 NEW BUILD HOUSES AND 4 APARTMENTS 

This development comprised 10 new builds and a conversion of a listed building into 4 apartments with 4 affordable houses under the S106. Now all 14 units will have a tenure mix of Social Rent and Affordable Rent and were delivered for Curo Housing. 

MAZE STREET, BRISTOL - 9 NEW BUILD HOUSES AND 12 APARTMENTS 

 
These 9 three-bedroom homes and 12 x 1 and 2 bed apartments were delivered by Clayewater Homes for Bromford Housing Association in 2019, the scheme was original 100% open market. Partnering with Bromford enabled the development to be 100% affordable rent and being let through Bristol Council’s Homes Choice Scheme. 

WHITEHALL ROAD, BRISTOL - 14 NEW BUILD HOUSES 

 
These 14 three-bedroom homes, delivered by Clayewater Homes for Curo Places, was originally a conversion of a Public House providing 6 units and 7 new builds with two affordable houses under the S106 agreement. 
 
Clayewater Homes revised the scheme under a new planning application to demolish the Public House and provide 14 new builds and making them all affordable houses they are now being let through Bristol City Council’s Home Choice scheme on secure Affordable Rent tenancies below the Local Housing Allowance rate.
