About Clayewater Homes  

Based in North Devon we work throughout the South West of England working in partnership with housing associations across the South West region to provide much needed affordable and social housing across all tenures. With a combined experience of over 100 years in the construction industry, ensuring we create homes to the highest quality standard to help our partners provide housing for their tenants in this highly important sector. 
 
The homes we build are constructed with care by a dedicated team, be that the in house specialist technicians and engineers to our skilled operatives on site or our professional agents and business management team, all of whom work together to deliver the highest standards of design, construction, and service. 
 
 
 
We work with many different trades across the South West to deliver every aspect of the construction phase in one easy process for our clients. We regularly review and update our Approved Contractors database, as well as numerous quality inspections on works completed to ensure our high standards are maintained. 
 
Clayewater Homes has a long standing reputation for working closely with our Contractors throughout the projects we undertake. Despite the many challenges facing the Global Supply Chain we ensure we work with and support our Contractors to deliver our projects.
